Shipping

Shipping Policy

(1) Items are generally shipped out within 1 - 3 business days after your payment has been verified (Sat. excluded.)

(2) Our shipping cost includes the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.

(3) We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by customer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

Estimated Delivery Time

(1) Registered Airmail has tracking number and can be easily to track the parcel status. We use different registered airmail for different countries, this can greatly shorten the delivery time. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 1 - 2 weeks to get to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Hongkong; it takes about 2 weeks to get to United States, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Israel, Brazil and New Zealand. As for other countries, it is about 2 - 3 weeks.

(2) EMS: 5-14 DAYS; UPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT: 3-7 DAYS

(3) Delivery time may be varied due to destination and other factors, such as customs random inspection, post office's delay, weekend, holiday break or abnormal weather factors.

Return & Refund Policy

General Policy

FocalBrand Store is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to FocalBrand Store. We recommend that you ship your returned products to FocalBrand Store via a trackable shipment method.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, FocalBrand Store does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.

FocalBrand Store does not provide a full refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Misshipped or Defective Products

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email with details. We will send you out a replacement product at no cost.

Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred.

Certain information may be required for verification:

  • Photo of the packing envelope/box.
  • Photo of the packing list.
  • Photo of the damage/incorrect item.
